Frédéric von Osten (born April 11, 1993 in Kiel ) is a German professional water sports enthusiast in the wakeboard discipline . He is multiple world champion, European champion and German champion, some of which he won in youth competitions.

Athletic career

Frédéric von Osten has been repeatedly voted Sportsman of the Year, and in 2013 he received the Golden Badge of Honor from the Water Ski and Wakeboard Association, which is considered the highest honor in German wakeboarding.

Youngblood wakeboard camp

In 2009, von Osten developed his own jump combination, the Eastmobe, which was officially named after him in 2010.

Von Osten was the patron of the Red Bull Rising High in Hamburg's Hafencity in 2013 .

With his project “Youngblood Wakeboardcamp”, he has been promoting young talent since 2014.

In the course of his career, Freddy visited various special places to try out risky jumps, including the Basilica Cistern in Istanbul, the Zeche Zollverein Essen, the Weißsee Glacier World or the water terraces in front of the Hamburg planetarium.

Freddy is a brand ambassador for Billabong and Ronix Wakeboards.
