Francis Alex Tsegah

Francis Alex Tsegah (* 1943 ) is a Ghanaian diplomat in retirement .

Life

He holds a law degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Laws from Harvard Law School . He studied at the European Institute of the University of Amsterdam and the London School of Economics and Political Science . In 1975 he published with Sylvanus Azadon Tiewul Arbitration and Settlement of Commercial Disputes: A Selective Survey of African Practice in the 24 International & Comparative Law Quarterly, Cambridge.

USCG Sweetbrier

From 1985 to October 1988 he was the first delegation secretary to the High Commissioner in London and representative at the Center for Agriculture and Bioscience International (CABI). He was employed in Havana and Moscow . From 2001 to 2002 he was charge d'affaires in Washington, DC was on 26 October 2010, he inspired the name change of the tender USCG "Sweet Brier" in "Bonsu" (P31) for the use of the Ghanaian Navy. He has served as Director of Economics and Investments, Human Resources and Education, Chief of Protocol, Africa Office and Organization for African Unity , Director of Policy Planning and Research . In 2004 he was director of the multilateral organizations and passport office departments. From December 21, 2004 to 2008 he was ambassador to Madrid .
