Francisco Gabriel Guerrero (born August 23, 1977 in Buenos Aires ) was an Argentine football player .

Francisco Gabriel Guerrero started his career in Argentina in 1994 with the CA Independiente association . In 2001 he was transferred to Europe to FC Zurich . He played there for three years before being loaned out to FC Basel for six months . After his brief return to FC Zurich, he moved to Estudiantes de La Plata in 2005 and also played for Huracan de Caguas . In 2007 he moved back to Switzerland and played for half a year for the SC Young Fellows Juventus . He has been playing for FC Aarau since the 2007/08 season .

For the 2009/10 season Guerrero moved to Cyprus to APEP Kyperounda and signed a two-year contract. He ended his playing career in the summer of 2011.
