Francisco Pavia is a Brazilian road cyclist.

Francisco Pavia has been driving for the Brazilian team Scott-Marcondes Cesar-São José dos Campos since 2009 . In his first year there, he won the third part of the Uruguayan stage race Rutas de América in Paysandú and the first part of the fifth stage to Trinidad . In the overall standings, Pavia finished eighth behind the winner, Hernán Cline .
