Hernán "Corcho" Cline (born September 3, 1975 in Berisso , Argentina ) is a former Uruguayan road cyclist.

Hernán Cline won the eighth stage of the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay in 2001 . In the 2003 season he was successful there again in a section, and he won a stage in the Rutas de América . He also won a stage at the Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay in 2005 and 2006. In 2006 he was also third overall. In 2009 and 2010, Cline won the overall ranking of the Rutas de America. At that time he was on the team of the Club Ciclista Alas Rojas de Santa Lucía .
