Franck Cerutti

Franck Cerutti (* 1959 in Nice ) is a French chef.

Career

Cerutti studied at the hotel management school in Nice. From 1978 to 1979 he worked for Jacques Maximim at the Hotel Negresco , and in 1980 for Alain Ducasse at the Hotel Juana in Juan-les-Pins . 1982 to 1984 he cooked again at Negresco .

In 1984 he became souchef at Annie Féolde's Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence (two Michelin stars ). In 1987 he moved back to Alain Ducasse's newly opened restaurant Le Louis XV in the Hôtel de Paris in Monte Carlo , where he became the second head chef in 1996 (three Michlin stars).

In 2007 he became head chef of all three restaurants in the Hôtel de Paris .
