Francis Joseph Edmund "Frank" Beaurepaire (born May 13, 1891 in Melbourne , † May 29, 1956 ibid) was an Australian swimmer . He was active until the 1920s and won three Olympic Games from 1908 to 1924, with the exception of 1912, he took part in all during this time, three silver and three bronze medals. He also swam 15 world records. After his active career he became a successful politician and entrepreneur. He was a member of the state parliament of the Australian state of Victoria and Mayor of Melbourne for ten years .
