Frank Diersch

Frank Diersch (* 1965 in Berlin ) is a German draftsman and painter .

Life

After high school, Diersch completed his apprenticeship as a positive retoucher . After drawing courses with Wulff Sailer, he studied from 1985 to 1987 at the Technical College for Advertising and Design, Berlin with Bodo Müller and Manfred Paul. From 1987 to 1990 he worked in the Galerie Mitte, Berlin. From 1993 to 1994 he was a master class student / scholarship holder at the Academy of Arts in Berlin. Active in band projects since 1982, most recently in the "Max Punk Institute" until 2008. 2007 Foundation of the exhibition project "German Tatami" with the artist Kata Unger. From 2005 lecturer at the Art Academy Berlin-Weissensee , the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg , the University of Fine Arts Hamburg and at the University of Wuppertal .

Diersch lives and works in Berlin and Woltersdorf at the lock .

Awards
