Frank Eggeling (born July 27, 1963 ) is a former German soccer player .

Career

Frank Eggeling began his club career at SV Langendreer 04. He later moved to VfL Bochum , where he made his Bundesliga debut on September 11, 1981 . After four more missions in 1981/82, he moved to Eintracht Braunschweig for the following season , where he came back to five missions in 1982/83 and was awarded to the second division club Rot-Weiss Essen at the end of the season . At RWE he got more playing time (22 games), although he was mostly substituted on. After the relegation of the Essenes, he left the club and moved to Union Solingen . Here he scored his first goals in professional business; by the end of the season there were nine goals in 27 games for the second division.

Also in the Rhine countries he stayed only a year and went in 1985 to Switzerland for FC Grenchen in the National League B . In his second year at FCG, he scored 16 goals. In 1987 he moved to the National League A for FC Basel . and in 1988 to FC Emmenbrücke (NLB). He later played for AC Bellinzona .
