Frank Haenschke
Frank Haenschke (born September 27, 1937 in Altenburg ) is a German chemist and politician of the SPD .
Life
Frank Haenschke attended the Leibniz Gymnasium in Rottweil and studied chemistry in Tübingen and Stuttgart after graduating from high school. In 1965 he received his doctorate with the thesis Oxydierte Triphenylsilylmethane. Representation experiments and infrared spectra . After working as a university assistant in Stuttgart from 1962 to 1968, he became a lecturer at the Aalen University of Applied Sciences .
politics
He joined the SPD in 1970. In the SPD he held various board positions for many years, including as chairman of the city association in Aalen . He was a member of the district council for 17 years.
From 1972 to 1976 he was a member of the German Bundestag . Haenschke was elected via the Baden-Württemberg state list.
The focus of his work was on the Interior Committee. He was committee rapporteur for his parliamentary group when advising the Federal Data Protection Act . In 1977 he was interviewed as the Federal Data Protection Officer, but was not appointed. He was also a member of the Bundestag Committee for Research and Technology, where he dealt with environmental protection and the topic of nuclear energy. He was an alternate member of the Education and Science Committee.
Björn Engholm appointed Frank Haenschke to his government team for the state elections in Schleswig-Holstein in 1983 .
