Ingeborg Häckel

Ingeborg Häckel (born January 8, 1937 in Saalfeld / Saale ) is a German CDU politician .

Professional background

Häckel graduated as a utility applicant in the GDR. After moving to the Federal Republic of Germany, she worked as a secretary and press officer and eventually headed the public relations department of the Rhine-Neckar Chamber of Commerce and Industry .

Political career

She joined the CDU in 1962. She belonged to the state board of the Junge Union , was a member of the women's union and was part of the state board of the CDU Baden-Württemberg . From September 28, 1976 until the end of the 7th electoral term in the same year, she was a member of the German Bundestag . Häckel had moved up to the Bundestag for the resigned MP Kurt Härzschel . She no longer ran for the 8th German Bundestag .
