Frank Henning

Frank Henning (born December 27, 1966 in Osnabrück ) is a German tax official and politician ( SPD ). He has been a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament since 2013 .

biography

Henning grew up in Osnabrück. He attended the Heiligenweg School and the Schinkel Comprehensive School , where he passed the Abitur examination in 1986. He then entered the service of the financial administration and in 1989 graduated with a degree in finance. From then until his election to the state parliament, he worked in various functions at tax offices in Osnabrück.

Henning joined the SPD in 1986. From 1996 to 2001 and again since 2006 he is a member of the Osnabrück City Council for his party. In the state elections in 2013 and 2017 , he won the direct mandate in the Osnabrück-Ost state electoral district .
