Frank Henry Horn

Frank Henry Horn (born December 6, 1966 in Bremen ) is a German lawyer and politician ( SPD ). From 2003 to 2008 he was a member of the Lower Saxony state parliament .

Life

After graduating from high school in 1987 and the subsequent military service , Horn studied law at the University of Bremen . He did his legal clerkship in Oldenburg and passed his second state examination in 1999. Since then he has been working as an independent lawyer.

politics

1983 Horn joined the SPD. From 2001 to 2011 he was councilor of the municipality of Lastrup and in 2003 he entered the Lower Saxony state parliament via the state list of his party. In the state elections in 2008 , Horn missed the re-entry. In the 2011 local elections, he did not run again - despite a good chance of re-election - and withdrew from active politics. At the end of 2012, Horn left the SPD.
