Frank Henze

Frank Henze (born April 1, 1977 in Leipzig ) is a former German canoeist .

The canoe slalom athlete started in 2004 with his partner David Schröder in a two-man canoe (C2) for the Leipziger-Kanu-Club eV (LKC). In 2006, 2007 and 2008, the Schröder / Henze team won the gold medal in the team race in the C2 category at the European Championships. The two slalom canoeists were multiple German champions and won the silver medal in the C2 team race at the 2009 World Championships in Seu d'Urgell, Spain. At the 2012 Olympic Games in London , they finished 11th.

Frank Henze's father Jürgen and his brother Stefan were also canoeists and Olympic participants.
