Frank Nolden

Frank Nolden (born July 27, 1963 in Heide (Holstein) ) is a German lawyer , university professor and rector of the Meissen University of Applied Sciences .

Life

Nolden studied at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel jurisprudence . After graduating in 1993, he became the department head for student and study affairs in the central administration of the University of Kiel. In 1996 he moved to the tax administration of the city of Hamburg. During his time in Hamburg, he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD. In 2000 he became permanent representative of the Chancellor of Cologne University and then in June 2005 Chancellor of Leipzig University . In 2013 he became rector of the Meissen University of Applied Sciences and training center . As a professor, he teaches European law there.
