The Frank skirt is an eroded volcanic rocks with ash sediments on the island Heard in the southern Indian Ocean . It rises between Rogers Head and Corinth Head on the Azorella Peninsula .
The rock is named after the schooner Franklin , which sank off Heard in 1859.
