The Corinth Head is a rocky headland on the north coast of the island Heard . It towers over the west bank of Corinthian Bay .

Participants in the German Gauss expedition (1901–1903) led by the polar explorer Erich von Drygalski mapped the headland in the course of rough surveys of the north coast of Heard Island in 1902. Scientists from the Australian National Antarctic Research Expeditions carried out another survey in 1948. The headland is named after the name of Corinthian Bay. Its namesake is the Corinthian , with which captain Erasmus Darwin Rogers (1817-1906) called Heard in 1855.
