The house with the postal address Frankenstraße 17 is a listed building on Frankenstraße in Stralsund , of which only remnants are left.

The building dates from the middle of the 19th century, but its core is older. It was three and a half storeys high and laid out on three axes. The facade was plastered on the ground floor. On the first floor, window frames with fluted pilasters and strong roofs were worked out.

The ruin is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site as part of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 with the number 220.
