The two- and -a- half-story , three-axle , plastered gable house with a tail gable , originally a medieval brick building , dates from the second half of the 19th century.
A weakly pronounced central projection extends up to the curved gable; on the ground floor it houses the framed portal .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund from 1997 with the number 229.
