František Korte

František Korte (born April 22, 1895 in Ústí nad Orlicí , † July 27, 1962 in Prague ) was a Czech composer.

Korte studied law in Prague and was a composition student of Vítězslav Novák . He composed three operas, a symphony, a symphonic poem, a piano concerto, chamber music works, a cantata, church music, choral pieces and songs.
