The Franz Beckenbauer Foundation is a foundation based in Munich.

The non-profit organization has set itself the task of providing non-material and financial help for people with disabilities and people who are ill or in need through no fault of their own. The foundation was named after the football athlete and football official Franz Beckenbauer . After retiring from active football, he founded the foundation on May 15, 1982 in Hamburg and provided endowment capital of one million DM .
