Franz-Josef Toth (born August 28, 1955 ) is a former German soccer player and coach .
Career
Franz-Josef Toth played soccer in the youth of the Stuttgarter Kickers . There he made the leap to the senior level and completed 100 games for the first team of the Kickers. In 1979 Toth moved to Holstein Kiel , where he made 24 appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga North in two seasons . Then he returned to Stuttgart and was active for the amateur team of the Kickers . He also played for SV Hechingen and FV Biberach .
After his playing career, the midfielder worked as a coach at FC Wacker Biberach, SV Unlingen and SV Aßmannshardt and also coached the Eintracht Seekirch women's team.
