Franz-Xaver Bürkle
Franz-Xaver Bürkle (born January 2, 1948 in Baden-Baden ) is a German chef, television chef and cookbook author.
He is the head of the restaurant at the Nahetal Clinic in Bad Kreuznach . He became known, among other things, through his appearances on the TV show Kochduell on VOX .
He is married and has two sons.
