Franz Engeln

Franz Engeln (born February 4, 1885 in Gelsenkirchen-Buer ; † September 25, 1960 ) was a German state politician of the CDU .

Life

Engeln was managing director of the CDU in Gladbeck in 1946 . He was a member of the Christian trade unions and was elected mayor of Gladbeck in 1946.

Engeln was in the second term from December 19, 1946 to April 19, 1947 member of the appointed Landtag of North Rhine-Westphalia .
