Franz Fleischmann

Franz Fleischmann (born September 26, 1924 in Vienna , † November 4, 1978 ibid) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and Ministerialrat. From 1971 to 1975 he was a member of the National Council .

Fleischmann attended middle school after elementary school and devoted himself to studying law as a student trainee, completing his studies in 1953 with a doctorate. He worked in the secretariat of the Vice Chancellor in the Federal Chancellery and was employed in the administration of the nationalized companies. He also worked professionally as a consultant for macroeconomic issues at ÖIAG and ultimately became head of the technical department. In the political field, Fleischmann was a board member of the Association of Socialist Students in Austria, and he represented the SPÖ in the National Council between November 4, 1971 and November 4, 1975.
