Franz Galli

Franz Karl Emanuel Galli (* 23. December 1839 in Inowrazlaw ; † 25. October 1917 ) was a German lawyer, judge and Reichsgerichtsrat .

Life

Galli studied law in Halle and became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Halle in 1859 . In 1861 Galli was sworn in and entered the Prussian civil service as an auscultator . In 1863 he became a trainee lawyer and in 1865 a court assessor. He became public prosecutor's assistant in Lobsens in 1867. In 1871 he was appointed public prosecutor in Gnesen. The next year he was transferred to Beuthen. He became crown attorney in Göttingen in 1875. In 1879 he was appointed first public prosecutor in Göttingen. In January 1886 he joined the Reich Attorney General as an unskilled worker and became Reich Attorney in June. In December 1895 he moved to the Imperial Court . He was active in the 2nd and 4th Criminal Senate. In June 1903 he retired.
