Franz Grüter (politician, 1875)

Franz Grüter (born April 6, 1875 in Westerholt , † after 1932) was a German politician ( economic party ).

Life

The trained master baker ran the Christgen restaurant in Scherlebeck , which was incorporated into Herten in 1926 . He was a member of the board of the Provinzial-Wirte-Verband Westfalen.

Grüter was a local councilor in Herten. In May 1928 he was elected as a member of the Prussian Landtag for the Reich Party of German Medium-Sized Enterprises (Economic Party), to which he belonged until 1932. He represented constituency 17 (North Westphalia) in parliament. In 1929 he campaigned for Hertens to be incorporated into Recklinghausen in the state parliament , for which he was criticized across factions .
