Franz Hruska

Franz Hruska (born November 21, 1888 in Dobrzan , Mies district, Bohemia; † April 29, 1977 ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament of the ( SPD ).

Life and work

After attending primary school , Hruska worked as a miner . From 1909 to 1933 he was a union member, z. B. from 1926 to 1933 as works council of the Hannibal colliery in Bochum .

politics

Franz Hruska became a member of the SPD in 1912 and was represented in numerous bodies of the party. From 1919 he was a member of the executive committee of the SPD and from 1931 to 1933 chairman of the city association of the SPD Wanne-Eickel. After the war he was again chairman of the city association from 1945 to 1946. In 1916 he became city councilor and from 1946 again city councilor and parliamentary group leader of the SPD.

From April 20, 1947 to July 4, 1954, Hruska was a member of the first and second elected state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia . He was elected directly in constituency 099 Wanne-Eickel .
