Franz Scheidl (politician)

Franz Scheidl (born October 12, 1913 in Bisamberg ; † August 24, 1996 ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and mechanical engineer. From 1966 to 1972 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Scheidl attended elementary and secondary school and then graduated from the state trade school in Vienna . From 1936 he worked as a mechanical engineer. Scheidl became the executive councilor in Bisamberg in 1955 and was councilor of the municipality from 1975 to 1980. He represented the SPÖ between June 8, 1966 and December 8, 1972 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
