Franz Scherübl
Franz Michael Scherübl (* 1904 ; † August 29, 1999 ) was a German lawyer and Senate President at the Federal Administrative Court .
Life
Scherübl was a supreme court judge and was appointed federal judge at the military service senate of the Federal Disciplinary Court by the federal government in the 17th cabinet meeting on March 12, 1958. Scherübl was a judge at the Federal Administrative Court and from October 1, 1967 to July 31, 1972 Senate President at the 1st Military Service Senate of the Federal Administrative Court . His successor was Jürgen Saalmann.
He was also chairman of the sponsoring association of the Catholic higher technical schools in Munich. Together with Julius Cardinal Döpfner , he initiated a foundation structure from which the later Catholic Foundation University of Munich emerged . In 1961 he was appointed Knight of the Order of Knights of the Holy Sepulcher by Cardinal Grand Master Eugène Tisserant and invested in Limburg Cathedral on December 10, 1961 by Archbishop Lorenz Jaeger , Grand Prior of the Order.
