Franz Triebel
Franz Triebel (born August 25, 1869 in Preussisch Friedland , † January 20, 1942 ) was a German judge .
Life
As the son of a secret government councilor, he embarked on a legal career. In 1892 he passed the first state examination (sufficient), the second in 1896 (sufficient). In the same year he became an assessor at the Marienwerder District Court. In 1900 he became a local judge at the local court in Briesen / West Prussia. In 1908 he became an assistant judge at the Marienwerder Higher Regional Court and in 1911 a local judge there. In 1912 he moved to Berlin and became a member of the chamber judge . From 1913 he was a deputy member of the Higher Arbitration Court for Employee Insurance and became a full member in December 1918. In the First World War he was a captain in the Landwehr. In 1919 he was appointed Reich judge. During the regime, he became President of the Senate on April 1, 1934. He retired on January 1, 1937.
