Franz Wohlfahrt (composer)
Franz Wohlfahrt (* 7 March 1833 in Frauenprießnitz ; † 14. February 1884 in Leipzig ) was a German composer of the Romantic and music teacher for Violin and Viola . He was a son of the piano teacher Heinrich Wohlfahrt. One of his most famous works is "60 Etudes for Violin, Op. 45", which is still often used today to learn how to play string instruments.
