Franzen und Grosse was a publishing house in the Altmark town of Stendal in Saxony-Anhalt .

The publishing house was founded on November 4, 1779 by Daniel Christian Franzen and Johann Christian Grosse and was Stendal's first printing house. It existed until 1888 and was then divided into Franzen & Grosse's Verlag and Franzen & Grosse'sche Assortment Bookstore A. Bruchmann . There were branches of bookstores in Seehausen (1863–1872) and Salzwedel (1869–1872).

He published numerous books, magazines and newspapers, u. a. the Altmärkische Intelligence- und Leseblatt , from which the Altmärkische Tageszeitung emerged .
