Freddie Pendleton
Freddie Pendleton (born January 5, 1963 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania , United States ) is a former American boxer in the lightweight and normal boom . He wore the USBA belt from 1987 to 1990 and the World Championship title of the International Boxing Federation from 1993 to 1994 .
