Frederick case
Frederick Fall (born July 25, 1901 in Vienna , † November 24, 1974 in Washington, DC ) was an Austrian conductor and composer.
Life
Frederick Fall studied with Joseph Marx at the Vienna Music Academy and worked as an opera conductor in Austria, Germany and Czechoslovakia. In 1937 he had to emigrate to the USA. In addition to conducting and teaching, he devoted himself to various other activities, including for the Office of Strategic Services in the USA. He lived and worked in Washington until his death.
