Frederike Wagner
Frederike Wagner (* 1980 in Wertingen ) is a German harpist .
Life
Frederike Wagner studied at the Hochschule für Musik Trossingen with Renie Yamahata as a scholarship holder of the Orchestra Academy of the Berlin Philharmonic with Marie-Pierre Langlamet and with a scholarship from the Baden-Württemberg Foundation at the Conservatorio Evaristo Felice Dell'Abaco in Verona . Master classes with Alice Giles , Susanna Mildonian , Judith Liber , Susann McDonald and Isabelle Moretti complemented her education.
She has taught as a lecturer at the Trossingen University of Music and since 2010 in the Baden-Württemberg State Youth Orchestra . Frederike Wagner has been principal harpist in the Stuttgart State Orchestra since 2004 . From 2011 to 2013 she held the same position at the Royal Danish Opera in Copenhagen . She has been a member of the Bayreuth Festival orchestra since 2016 .
