Freestyle PLC
Freestyle PLC is a solar cell manufacturer headquartered in Addis Ababa , Ethiopia . The company is also known as Freestyle PLC Solaris or Solaris.
history
The company was founded in 1996. Both 2010 and 2016, Carlo Pironti was in charge of the company. It employs six to ten people.
One source states that the company's purpose is electric car production.
model
In 2010 there were plans to produce electric cars . At the beginning, around 100 employees should produce six vehicles per week. The vehicle was similar to the Chery QQ and should have a top speed of 80 km / h.
In addition, the export to Africa and Europe was planned. In 2019 Motoring Weekly reported that there was no series production.
