As Free theologians are called persons who completed a theology degree and have at no religious are employed institution. Freelance theologians work on a freelance basis and are not bound by any church-institutional guidelines in the exercise of their work. They organize celebrations of life transitions such as birth , baptism , confirmation , confirmation , initiation rituals , weddings , anniversaries , farewells, funerals and various blessing celebrations without being tied to ecclesiastically prescribed forms. In addition to rituals , independent theologians are also active in psychosocial counseling and support.
