Free network Hessen

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Free Network Hessen is an association of right-wing extremist " free comradeships " and other groups in Hessen . The site describes itself as a “networking platform for groups in Hesse who see themselves as national socialists”. The website has existed since 2011 and thus falls into the most active phase of the National Socialists Rhine-Main (NSRM), with whom the FN-H is closely linked.

activities

The Free Network Hessen is a platform for the exchange of information in the right-wing scene in Hessen. Mainly local groups and local comradeships are linked, but also right-wing parties like Der III. Weg and the NPD .

The FN-H mediates contact between the groups and, according to its own statements, offers support in setting up new right-wing groups and structures. In 2013, for example, the FNH published a “guide and guide” on the subject of “We form reference groups”. Organizational hints were given for demonstrations and various forms of action were addressed, such as the concept of the "black block (SB)" borrowed from the Antifa. In doing so, the FNH followed the nationwide trend of right-wing extremists to adopt the style of the left-wing movement as " autonomous nationalists " .

In 2012 and 2013 the FNH distributed stickers throughout Hesse with the inscription “Israel is murdering - and the world is watching!” However, the FNH's own activities are limited, as it sees itself more as an organizational platform. Under the label "Free Network Hessen", however, Hessian comradeship activists repeatedly appeared at right-wing extremist demonstrations outside of Hesse with their own banners.

Every year one of the groups of the FNH is given an “award” for the greatest “media effectiveness”. In 2013 the “Autonomous Nationalists Wetzlar” received this award.

The “National Socialists Rhine-Main” (NSRM) have been active again in the Frankfurt area since 2008 and contributed to the networking of right-wing groups. The free network Hessen Internet platform represents the official network and is mainly designed by the NSRM; There are always personnel overlaps. According to observers, the members of the NSRM and FN Hessen are particularly active in the Frankfurt districts of Bergen-Enkheim, Bornheim, Seckbach, Bruchköbel and Hanau.

Police actions have so far mostly been directed against individual members of groups of the FNH, such as in May 2011 when the Free Nationalists Ried were searched and in the same year with the National Socialists Rhein Main (NSRM) in Bergen-Enkheim . The police referred to the activities of the groups and individuals through the FNH.

In terms of personnel, the main behind the FNH are Maximilian Reich (NPD and NSRM) and Christian Blauth. In 2008, Reich founded the first forerunner organizations of today's Free Network Hesse. Because of his good IT skills, Reich is responsible for various websites for neo-Nazi organizations. Reich initially operated a website called “Block F” on which he called for “Linke” to report. Maximilian Reich ran unsuccessfully for a city council mandate in Frankfurt am Main in 2011. In the same year, the Frankfurt public prosecutor's office investigated Reich for the dissemination of propaganda material by unconstitutional organizations. Today he is the main person responsible for the FNH's website.

Groups in the Hessen Free Network

The Free Network Hessen links a number of comradeships and other right-wing extremist groups from Hessen and the regions around Hessen. It is difficult for observers to judge how intensive the networking and cooperation is. Observers point out that actions are presented larger than they were real, the groups sometimes consist of a few people, but are very aggressive. The Autonomous Nationalists Wetzlar announced in 2011 that they were looking forward to "future cooperation with other groups from the Free Network Hessen in order to be able to jointly enforce our political interests and goals."
