Fridolin changer
Fridolin Wechsler (* 1941 in Schenkon LU) is a Swiss theologian.
After studying philosophy and theology in Lucerne and Munich , Wechsler received his doctorate in theology in 1972 with a thesis on Romano Guardini . From 1974 to 1976 he did additional training at the Academy for Adult Education in Lucerne. From 1972 to 1978 he was a member of the management team of the St. Beat seminar in Lucerne. From 1978 to 1981 he worked in the archives of the Episcopal Ordinariate of the Diocese of Basel in Solothurn, from 1981 to 1985 he headed the catechetical office for the canton of Solothurn. From 1985 to 1990 he was head of the department for ecclesiastical adult education of the Catholic regional church Thurgau. From 1990 to 2005 he was a full-time lecturer in fundamental theology, dogmatics and liturgy at the Catechetical Institute of the Theological Faculty of the University of Lucerne .
