Frieda Bohnsach , also Frida Bohnsach (around 1870 in Schwerin - after 1902 ) was a German opera singer and stage actress .

Life

Bohnsach was active on the stage from the beginning of the 1890s. She worked first as an opera and operetta singer and then switched to acting, where she represented the first lover's profession. She worked in Naumburg from 1891 to 1892, Stralsund from 1893 to 1894, Halle from 1895 to 1896, then in Magdeburg for a year and in 1897 joined the Association of the Court Theater in Strelitz, where she worked exclusively as an actress until 1902 and in both classical music how in the modern piece ("Amalie", "Nora", "Gisa Holm" in "Flachsmann" etc.) her artistic characteristics were shown in the best light. Supported by an advantageous, slim appearance and an excellently balanced organ, she was particularly suitable for the profession of salon ladies .
