Friedbert Gay

Friedbert Gay (* 1956 in Karlsruhe ) is a German entrepreneur , author and speaker.

Life

After a first period as a freelance trainer, he became head trainer for the timed training department at drillbox in 1990 and for the personality department in 1994 . Since 2000 he has been managing director of DISG Training GmbH in Remchingen, which has been operating under the name persolog GmbH since 2003 . He is the author of several publications on the subject of personality.

The DISG model (today the persolog personality model ) was introduced by him in Germany in 1990. This personality model was developed by the American John G. Geier from a theory by William Moulton Marston from 1928. Based on a decision by the Federal Court of Justice on January 21, 2010 (AZ: I ZR 206/07), the rights to the DISG brand name were transferred from Persolog GmbH to Inscape Publishing Inc.
