Peace demonstration in Amsterdam in 1981

The peace demonstration in Amsterdam was a demonstration by the Dutch peace movement on November 21, 1981, in which around 300,000 to 400,000 people took part. The motto of the event was “No new nuclear weapons in Europe”. The Dutch government has been asked to renounce NATO's 1979 double decision .
