The Friedrich-Moebus-Stadion is a football stadium with an athletics facility in Bad Kreuznach .

The facility is the venue for the home games of SG Eintracht Bad Kreuznach , which currently plays in the Southwest Regional Association in the Southwest League.

The facility is the venue for the home games of MTV WARRIORS Bad-Kreuznach, which currently plays in the regional association AFV-RLP in the association league.

When the Friedrich-Moebus-Stadion opened on May 11, 1965, it had a capacity of 15,000. Later it was approved for 20,000 spectators, today for 10,000 spectators. All of the places are not covered. However, the popularity is currently only in the three-digit range.

In recent years, the stadium has been renovated and the city of Bad Kreuznach replaced the old wooden benches in the stands with modern seat shells on the occasion of the 2006 World Cup so that they could apply as a training location for a World Cup participant. However, the application was unsuccessful.

Around the stadium there is also another grass pitch, a combination grass field, two hard courts, various athletics facilities, practice fields for fistball, volleyball, handball and tennis courts, which are also used by the club.

The stadium is named after Friedrich Moebus, a graduate engineer who was born in Bad Kreuznach. When he died, he bequeathed all of his real estate and bar holdings to the city, with the condition that a grass sports field be built.
