The Friedrich Wilhelm Weber Museum is a museum in Bad Driburg - Alhausen in the birthplace of the doctor, politician and poet Friedrich Wilhelm Weber (1813-1894), who became known far beyond the borders of Westphalia for his epic verse Dreizehnlinden .

Erected as a four-column construction with Deele in 1793, the family of the Asseburg forester Weber lived in the half-timbered house . Later used as a barn , the house was acquired by the city of Bad Driburg in the 1950s and has been looked after as a memorial by the Friedrich Wilhelm Weber Society since 1953 .

Around the Deele are the showrooms, each of which presents a theme: personality and family, country doctor, member of the Prussian state parliament, poets and editions of works, village life. In addition to various pictures and historical documents, various editions and translations of Weber's works as well as some poems in the poet's original handwriting are exhibited.

In the neighboring town of Nieheim there are also memorial rooms in the "Weberhaus", Weber's last house. The Kolping Society's diocesan educational institution and home adult education center formerly housed in the "Weber House" were closed on September 30, 2011.
