Friedrich Hoffmann (politician)

Friedrich Hoffmann (born July 13, 1902 in Pitten ; † March 3, 1976 in Wiener Neustadt ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and trade unionist. From 1959 to 1966 he was a member of the National Council .

After elementary school, Hoffmann attended a secondary school and then completed the commercial training school and a one-year textile course, where he learned the trade of silk weaver. Professionally, Hoffmann was subsequently active as chairman of the union of textile, clothing and leather workers. Hoffmann represented the SPÖ in the National Council between June 9, 1959 and March 30, 1966.
