Friedrich Kinnigkeit
Friedrich Kinnigkeit (born July 18, 1920 in Essen ; † April 25, 1998 ) was a German SPD politician .

Friedrich Kinnigkeit attended elementary and technical school and completed an apprenticeship as a machine fitter. From 1950 he was employed as a commercial clerk in the housing industry. He was disabled by the war.
politics
Friedrich Kinnigkeit was a member of the SPD from 1948. From 1950 to 1956 he was the first chairman of the Young Socialists in Essen and from 1954 to 1955 he was the first district chairman of the Young Socialists in the Niederrhein district. He became a member of the SPD executive committee in Essen in 1952. He was a member of IG Bergbau und Energie from 1950. From 1954 to 1956, Kinnigkeit was chairman of the Ring Politischer Jugend in Essen. He was councilor of the city of Essen from 1952 to 1962.
From July 23, 1962, Friedrich Kinnigkeit was a directly elected member of the 5th and 6th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia for constituency 063 Essen IV and for constituency 066 Essen IV. He left the 6th state parliament prematurely on December 4, 1967 out. From October 27, 1966 until he left the state parliament, Kinnigkeit was deputy chairman of the state parliament's committee for housing and public works (or since February 14, 1967 renamed the committee for housing and urban development).
