Friedrich Lyncker

Friedrich Lyncker (born October 7, 1806 in Pyrmont ; † November 20, 1892 there ) was a German doctor and politician .

Lyncker was the son of tax inspector Friedrich Lyncker and his wife Dorothee Charlotte nee Spannagel. He married Wilhelmine Auguste Aline Siemens on April 26, 1835 in Hanover (List). Lyncker attended the rector's school in Pyrmont and the grammar school in Giessen. He then studied medicine in Marburg and Göttingen from 1823 . In 1827 he was promoted to Dr. med. PhD. In 1829 he passed the state examination and became a general practitioner in Pyrmont. There he was the senior physician at Bethesda Asylum . He was honored with the title of Privy Councilor.

From 1859 to 1863 he was a member of the special state parliament for the Principality of Pyrmont .
