Friedrich Noll

Friedrich Noll (born August 29, 1920 in Bad Segeberg ; † February 16, 1993 ) was a German politician ( SPD ). From 1962 to 1971 he was a member of the Landtag of Schleswig-Holstein .

education and profession

After graduating from elementary and high school in Bad Segeberg, Noll started a career in the upper postal service in 1937. In 1940 he passed the second administrative examination and became head of the post office in Itzehoe .

politics

Noll was chairman of the Itzehoe local SPD association. From 1962 to 1966 he was mayor of the city of Itzehoe. In 1966 he was elected to the Itzeho city council and was chairman of the SPD parliamentary group there . Noll was temporarily a member of the main committee of the German Association of Cities .

In the state elections in 1962, Noll was elected to the Schleswig-Holstein state parliament as a direct candidate for the SPD in constituency 16 (Steinburg-Ost), and in the following election in 1967 he managed to re-enter the state parliament via the state list. He was a Member of Parliament from October 29, 1962 to May 15, 1971.
