Friedrich Wilhelm Bock (born March 3, 1872 in Schweinfurt , † September 14, 1924 in Müllheim (Baden) ) was a German doctor and politician .

Life

Bock was born in 1872 as the son of a teacher and attended the humanistic high school in Schweinfurt . After graduating from high school, he studied medicine in Erlangen , Würzburg and Freiburg im Breisgau . During his studies he became a member of the Bubenreuther fraternity in 1890 . He was promoted to Dr. med. obtained his doctorate and worked from 1902 as a district doctor in Müllheim, where he was a member of the local citizens' committee from 1906 to 1922 . He took part in the First World War from 1914 to 1918. He was a member of the Baden State Parliament (1915–1918, 1920–1921) and the Baden Evangelical State Synod .
